Minimum requirements

• Know Nielsen Norman Group. Certification from them is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and user behavior on the web.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop, discuss and explain design options.
• Experience in creating product prototypes.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows.
• Experience in developing personas and usage scenarios.
• Experience with visual identity design.
• Familiarity with conducting usability testing.
• Familiarity with how HTML and CSS work.

• Balsamiq mockups.
• Adobe XD or Sketch.
